Tae-Boxing Program

Our Tae-Boxing program includes both contact and Non-Contact classes. Tae-Boxing is a workout oriented program that emphasizes functional drills, autonomic striking and exercises to help each individual meet their own fitness needs and self-defense goals.
Our workout consists of stretching and conditioning exercises as well as drills and combinations on the heavy bags, kicking shields and focus mits.
These classes will help you get into the best shape of your life.
